We offer **FREE** delivery on all orders over £50.00 (excluding VAT) within the UK.

**Order by 11:00 am** (Monday-Friday) to have your item made and shipped the same/next day.

We use Royal Mail 1st Class to deliver your order quickly throughout the UK.

Once your artwork is approved, your rubber stamp will be made and shipped the same/next business day.

We aim to send a proof for approval within 4 hours of receiving your artwork during working hours (9:00 am - 5:00 pm).

We accept returns if the item you receive doesn't match the approved artwork or is damaged or faulty.

In these cases, replacements will be sent free of charge.

All our products are fully guaranteed.

If you receive a faulty product or one that doesn't meet your expectations, please let us know. We will arrange a replacement without delay.
